How can I update my ATTA® profile?

To update your ATTA® profile, please follow these steps:

Login to your ATTA® account

Go to “My Account” on the top right hand side of your screen

Click on Member homepage

Scroll down to and click on “Manage Membership Directory”

Here you can update all of the company information that will be displayed on your company’s ATTA® profile.

This information goes into our online membership directory where your profile is visible therefore it is very important that your company profile is completed, looks professional and is up to date.

How can I add more company contacts to my ATTA® profile?

To add more contacts, please follow these steps:

Login to your ATTA® account

Go to “My Account” on the top right hand side of your screen

Click on Member homepage

Scroll down to and click on “Edit Organisation”

“Click on User Access”

Here you can view all current company contacts add more company contacts.

Please note that the primary contact for your organisation is the only one that can add more members of the company to your company’s ATTA® profile.

How can I submit News?

To submit News, please follow these steps:

Login to your ATTA® account

Go to “My Account” on the top right hand side of your screen

Click on Member homepage

Scroll down to find "News / Offers submission".

Here you will find an option to submit News, Documents, Offers and Fam Trips.

All ATTA® members receive a daily summary of our news directly to their inboxes and our media contacts receive a summary of our members news on a weekly basis. 

The news you submit with ATTA® is also shared on Facebook and LinkedIn for more exposure.

How can I host a Webinar with ATTA®?

With your membership, you can host one complimentary webinar ATTA®.

Webinars are hosted on a Wednesday at 10am UK time or a Thursday at 2pm UK Time

The Webinar slot is 30 minutes in total which allows for +/-20mins presentation and +/-10mins Q&A

The Webinar will be recorded, and a copy of the recording will be distributed to all who register, and it will also be posted to the past webinars page along with the ATTA® YouTube channel.

As the presenter, you will receive a copy of the original recording file, any questions posed during the webinar and also an ‘opt in’ list of the registrants

The Webinar will be promoted to the ATTA® members database along with our wider database of contacts who have previously attended a webinar.

ATTA® members and our wider database of contacts are invited to attend the webinars and we regularly have over 150 people register to attend. Each webinar is recorded and shared with those who registered. The recording is also posted in the ATTA® webinar library for members to refer to at their leisure.

After the first complimentary webinar, you can host more webinars at the fee of £180 (+VAT)

How can I access the Webinar library?

The webinar library is a valuable resource to learn about new and existing destinations and products from across the African continent and Indian Ocean Islands.

All recordings are available on this page and serve as good reference points or product training updates.

To access the webinar library, please follow these steps:

Login to your ATTA® account

Go to “Resources” and click on “Webinars”.

Here you will find all the upcoming webinars and the webinar library.

Where can I find my Membership Certificate?

You can find your ATTA® membership certificate in your welcome email and the renewal confirmation email.

How can I access sustainability certification courses?

Sustainability certification schemes provide a structured framework to measure and validate your commitment to ethical, environmental, and socially conscious operations.

Here you can find a variety of sustainability certification courses that you can sign up for.

Please note that your ATTA® membership grants you only the access to the courses and the certification bodies, not complimentary certification.

How can I get social media support from ATTA®?
