New '1 = 1 = 2 Protect' Conservation Initiative from The Safari & Conservation Company

Through the new 1 + 1 = 2 Protect conservation initiative from The Safari & Conservation Company all safari guests - whether they are direct clients or come through SCC partners - are given the opportunity to add 1% onto their safari total to donate to an organisation of their choosing, with SCC matching their 1% donation to the same organisation.

This donation can take place before, during, or after the safari – which means if guests were left particularly impacted by an organisation they experienced whilst in Kenya or East Africa, then they have the chance to aid that organisation directly. This allows them to become personally involved with conservation and ensure their safari has a direct, positive impact.

Thus far, donations have equaled more than $10,000 USD this year alone to projects across Kenya including The Ocean Trust, The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Borana Conservancy, Elephants in Crisis.
